Voodoo necklace

I am calling this the voodoo necklace but that's really not an accurate title. So I discovered this product online that some parents were raving about. It's a necklace made out of hazelnut wood. The one I ordered also has Baltic amber for teething relief but that's a side note. Ok so anyways, hazel wood is supposed to absorb acidity from the body and help with various ailments, the three I was interested in were eczema, acid reflux and teething. Parents seemed to say this stuff really works. The hazel wood absorbs the acid from your skin and in turn lowers the pH of your body. I figured what did I have to lose, just $28 and my husband telling me I'm crazy!? So I ordered it and it came. She has only been wearing it for less than 2 days. Also I don't let her sleep at night in it even though they recommend using it 24/7. I'm just too paranoid. So the last 2 days have been some of Callie's best days in awhile. She has been eating better, sleeping better and just happier during the day. So is it a fluke or crazy voodoo necklace? Beats me but I'm not going to stop using the necklace. Last night she slept from 7-3:30 am! I went in to check on her at 2 and she didn't flinch or move so I just covered her and went back to bed. That's 8 hours of straight sleep! That's the longest by FAR that she has ever slept. I'm hoping this is the miracle cure and we may even be able to lower her medication, but am not counting my chickens before they hatch. Ill keep watching and being skeptical. If it works I'm taking stock in this Canadian company that makes them, hazelaid.com in case you are interested.
Here are some photos of her wearing the necklace and just the necklace. Ill keep you posted on if the voodoo keeps working;)
