Painting

My checkup for Diego was today. It's still slow progress. Getting closer but now just 4 cm. the doctor thinks just a few days but he could wait around in there for quite awhile if had is anything like Callie. Nothing to do except rest up and wait.

What does Callie like to do while we wait? Paint! Yesterday she painted a picture for Sean's birthday and today at school she painted a paper plate sun. This kid loves anything art.

She has been having a rough week with getting ready for Diego to come. She is very concerned about mommy going to the hospital or having any boo boos. She was totally fine about this until this week. Everyday she has cried to go to school and every night she wakes up crying that mommy is gone. I go down and assure her I am still here but she is having serious separation anxiety. She wants mommy to be with her at all times. It's going to be a rough adjustment when Diego arrives. Hopefully it goes better than I am expecting.
