Tzatziki Sauce

Callie has always loved tzatziki sauce. For those of you who don't know, tzatziki is a delicious Greek sauce made of yogurt. Callie is obsessed with it but she has an allergic reaction every time she eats it. Her face gets puffy and red anywhere it touches her and we end up giving her Benadryl. I have tried 4 different brands with no success. It was so disappointing since she likes it so much. So what to do with an allergic kid who really wants something..... Make your own homemade version. Yesterday I whipped up this batch even though I wasn't feeling well. I mostly felt guilty I bought the supplies and they might go bad plus dinner was pretty plain so it needed something to spice it up. It came out pretty good too. Callie enjoyed it. She devoured the dip and asked for more. She likes it so much she was eating raw broccoli dipped in it! Now that's something she must really like! I'm willing to do a little work if it means she eats broccoli.
My version is Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and dill. Delicious!
