Firefighter story time

Yesterday evening I took the kids to firefighter story time at the library. They brought the truck and let the kids see all the different parts. I wanted to get some better photos but Diego was so obsessed with the truck he was a danger and I couldn't take many photos. But we will try again next month when they come again as the kids loved this!

Then Callie has a love for Chapstick and makeup even though I wear none. So we made homemade Chapstick out of all natural ingredients so I don't worry about her using it frequently. We tried to tint it pinkish as Callie says with freeze dried raspberries and hibiscus leaves but it did not really work... The oils didn't mix with the dried powder well. But Callie didn't mind she still loves it and at least it's shimmery from the coconut oil :) I think this girl will have quite some sass when she's old enough to have makeup. I can't hardly wait...
