7 Weeks Old

Today Callie is 7 weeks old. She is just starting to be able to smile when she is happy ad you are talking to her. She had a few good nights this week with minimal or no crying before bed and 2 nights with bedtime before 8:30. I was hoping we made a turn around and this would be the new normal but last night she was very fussy again and didn't go to sleep til nearly 11. Nicky came over and rocked her and walked in circles for hours to get her to sleep. She did it though which is pretty amazing bc usually I can only get we to sleep by nursing at that point. Go Nicky!
We are headed out to visit some friends and their babies at a BBQ but until then wanted to leave you with her 7 week old photo.
