First babysitters

We left Callie and Diego with their first real babysitters tonight. I guess I still can't even say real babysitters since we know them well. My coworkers wife and two girls, 9 and 11 years old, came over to watch the kids for a few hours and put them down for bed. Juan and I went out for dinner and drinks just for a few hours. It was nice to have a break and get out into regular people life. I found myself eating quickly as I am usually forced to and then reminded myself I am in no rush with no kids. It was an enjoyable few hours but I'm already really tired and it's only 9:30. The girls said the kids were ok, Diego was a little fussy but they were prepared. I'm sure that means he cried quite a bit but he survived and is asleep when I got home.
